Apparently, Josiah Leming may be facing a lawsuit over his debut album, which is slated to be released in January 2009. According to an article published by MTV.com, Idol contestants are only allowed to have a record contract with an Idol-approved label. Leming’s label, Warner Brother’s Reprise Records, is not one of them. Therefore, his album may be a violation of the contract that he signed.
